Year Round Jr Golf Program

The Ever-Incredible "Year Round" Junior Golf Program has 3 levels of instruction booklets that provide Junior Golfers with a road map for success in learning to play golf.

Every level includes instruction and check points in 5 areas, 1. Putting, 2. Scoring, 3. Around the Green, 4. Full Swing & 5. Knowledge. Juniors advance through the levels and achievement pins are earned each time a section of the booklet is completed.

The instructor dates & signs off on the progress. Only after all 5 sections are passed are the Juniors allowed to start the next level/booklet.

Begins January 18th and runs thru November 8th.

The ages for this program is 7-14

Introducing

The Saturday Afternoon Junior Golf Program at Morgan Creek GC

Starts February 11th through March 31st, 2012

Program runs 8 consecutive  weeks

  • 7- 9 year olds at 2:15 pm
  • 10 & older  at 3:15 pm

All classes are 50 minutes.

Hats, bag tags, work books and fun will be provided to all Junior Golfers.

Cost: $140 per Junior, family discounts to 3 or more.

February 11th, 18th, 25th, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st.

 

 

Spring Session, January 18th – April 19th, 2012

Cost $125 includes:

All clinics on alternating weeks (not every week)

Ages 11-14…Clinic dates: 1/19, 2/2, 2/16, 3/2, 3/15, 3/29, 4/19

 

Summer Session, May 2nd – July 19th, 2012

2012 Morgan Creek Junior Golf Overview:

  • Youngster Golf (Ages 4 – 6) Clinics are Wednesdays @ 3:30
  • Ages 7 – 10, Clinics are Wednesdays @ 4:30
  • Ages 11 – 14, Clinics are Thursdays @ 4:30

Levels include:

  • Putting
  • Around the Green (Chipping)
  • Full Swing
  • Knowledge
  • Scoring

To provide players with incentives to advance through the levels, achievement pins are earned each time a section of the booklet is completed.

Parents with more than one child in a different age group may bring them on the same day if you so desire. (Exception: Youngster Golf)

  • April 2nd – 5th Spring Break Junior Golf Camp, 9:00 – 12:00, Cost: $125
  • June 11th – 14th, Summer Junior Golf Camp Session I, 9:30 – 12:30, Cost: $125
  • July 9th – 12th, Summer Junior Golf Camp Session II, 8:00 – 11:00, Cost $125
  • August 6th – 9th, Summer Junior Golf Camp Session III, 8:00 – 11:00, Cost $125
  • Thanksgiving Week 3-Day Camp (Mon – Wed) 2:00 – 4:30, Cost: $100.

PGA Director of Instruction, Mike Huetter will teach all clinics and monitor all Skills Testing.
